Obviously the team seems to be in a bit of a
rebuilding mode currently, and with the announcement of
"Guido-the-Dutchman" (Giedo van der Garde) as its
test/reserve driver, one has to wonder where the touted teenager Russian
prodigy "S-Squared," aka Sergey Sirotkin fits into the picture? Not to mention the
supposed financial rescue package from Mother Russia? Although I'd still expect
to see Sirotkin
running in the Friday morning practice session in Sochi
this October.
That said, hopefully by Melbourne the Sauber
C33's flanks apparently heavily devoid of sponsor "Decles" (decals)
will be filled, as perhaps there could be an Lenovo connection in the pipeline?
After all the Chinese Computer giant does own Sutil's personal sponsor Medion
and has just acquired Motorola Mobility from Google which should make them the
third largest mobile telephone producer; but this is just a wild ARSE guess...
And it'll be interesting to see what New-boy "Yo Adrian!" (Sutil) can do with this year's Hinwil-based challenger, as I'd hazard to guess he's not as brilliant as thee "Incredible Hulkster," (Nico Hulkenberg) whilst Mexico's Esteban Gutierrez will look to improve in his sophomore season, as I'll be intrigued to see which of the Mexicali Gran Primo Piloto's has the upper hand this year...
