As presumably the Talking Headz' acknowledged
today's passing upon their race broadcast Sunday...
Suppose it's somewhat interesting where the
F1 Circus winds up on the weekend commemorating its Darkest Day currently
regarding the modern F1 generation, for which I'll forever denote as Black
Sunday.
As this year, as Y'all know, Formula 1 traveled
to Sochi for the Russian Grand Prix metaphorically alongside the Black Sea, as
another year passes regarding that tragic weekend at Imola, Italy.
And whilst I know it's pretty much in thou
Infotainment category, nonetheless I get some satisfaction outta The Brat! Max
Dutchboy' Verstappen once again sticking his feet into the frying pan,
regarding his comment towards Brazil's lone Formula 1 driver Felipe Massa; it's
nice to see that he's decided to respect his elders...
As surely Felipe
was just paying back Max for his On-track maneuvers, eh? Since the Dutch
sensation has a knack for wanderin' about! Although Massa's a Gentleman always,
as long as Yuhs Don't Mess with Him...

Thus, with Brazil in the Spotlight
momentarily, as everyone should know, today marks the unfortunate anniversary
of Ayrton Senna's death during the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix. And as always, Don't
forget Roland Ratzenberger, who perished the day prior, April 30, 1994.
The corresponding images
were taken from the Daily Mail's Formula 1 section's Lost Grand Prix Tracks -
Aida article, which I've mentioned previously here on No Fenders. As it's a
great snapshot capsule of the 1994 F1 season's Pacific Grand Prix, held a
Fortnight before the horrific Black Sunday weekend at San Marino...
