As who was Dat playing Hamilton in Cars 3? Be still
My Beating Heart...
Not completely sure why, well pretty sure
but, why does Lewis Hamilton rub me so Raw? Like when we should be rejoicing
over his stellar performance in the pinnacle 'O motorsports, nee Formula 1 for
his racing achievements, I cannot help but simply focus upon his theatrical
behaviour instead.
As Lewis certainly
is emulating another F1 Great, who I became quite annoyed by his over-the-top
antics as a world class Thespian! As 'Ol Bloody Nige' was quite the actor...
Oh? Y'all did hear 'bout Lewis Hamilton's
pathetic swipe at Indy Cars, right? For which I enjoyed both thee Mayor 'O
Hinchtonwn's Quip 'bout only needing to race three cars! And especially Graham
Rahal saying how Hamilton probably would be uncomfortable with Scott "The
Iceman" (2.0) Dixon as his team-mate...
As I've already been told how Harsh I was
towards Lewis when pointing out how Fernando Alonso was in one of the Top-3
IndyCar teams, with arguably the preferred Speedway engine for this year's Indy
500, vs. I Dunno', let's say sticking him in Conor Daly's ride, instead.
With NO Disrespect
towards Conor or A.J. Foyt Enterprises, who've been struggling to get up to
speed with their transition as a Chevrolet team this season after being a
longtime Honda runner...
Although it's kind of funny how it was
another Hondre' product letting him down, when Fernando's (Honda) engine went
KUH-BLAMOE! Although Fernando's kind of use to that this year; YOUCH!
Since after all, Golden
Child; Err Ham-Ham's currently Blitzing the field in the best F1 Chariot on the
grid, whilst do you think for Uno memento Fernando would have gone so quickly
to Indianapolis if he knew he was going to be in a Backmarker team? A la Juncos
Racing, with NO disrespect, since after all, they were making their Debutante
outing in Indy Cars...
Yet the more I think about it, the more I become
peeved over what I perceive simply as Showmanship, or is it Liberty Media's
attempt to Dumb Down the sport in sake of making F1 into some perverted Reality
TV show?
Case-in-point, as I don't know 'bout Y'all,
but I DON'T like being "Played!" As first Hamilton dropped his
precious sunglasses and Drinks bottle in amazement over thou Peacock-lite's 'Wee
Willie Buxom (Will Buxton) telling those Trackside, along with the television
viewing masses that he was being given an Honest-to-Goodness race worn Ayrton
Senna race helmet for his accomplishment of tying the late Brazilian's
impressive number of Formula 1 Pole positions, upon equaling Saint Ayrton's 65,
by none other than the Senna Family at Mont-Royal'
Yet the next morning, NBC Sports Network lead
announcer Leigh Diffey told us during the Pre-race banter that Lewis had been
given a replica helmet the day before and that he'd receive the genuine article
at an undisclosed date in private with the Senna Family; Hmm? Say perhaps the
Brazilian GP?
Then upon breaking Senna's mark with his 66th
Pole position secured at Azerbaijan, during a very wackoid Trackside Top-3
Qualifiers interview, where Me Thinks somebody slipped Davide Valsecchi
a Red Bull beforehand... As presumably the ex-GP2 champion whas thinking he
should be up Thar as a Driver, eh?
In what makes absolutely NO sense to Mwah,
Lewis responded To Valsecchi's question by stating that he had fans from Iran
there, and Oh Yeah, from Great Britain too; WTF? Like who cares Lewis? Like I mean
I'm Shaking over that Man...
Thus, while I don't dispute Hamilton's
obvious talent, whilst it really doesn't matter what I think, I simply cannot
stand all of his Shenanigans', as I'm so tired of him looking into the fawning
crowd and the glare of the camera eye to insert racetrack venue here and tell
'em they're the greatest crowd ever; Bravo, well done Master Hamilton; BARF!
Alas, when Lewis passes 'Der Sleeping Terminator,
nee Herr Schumacher for most career F1 Pole positions overall, as he's only two
shy of tying Michael, will I be impressed? Not really, since I simply cannot
imagine Michael or Ayrton behaving so animated in their conquest of Formula 1!
As Hamilton will never be Senna; Ja Volt!
Or
Schuey...
As yeah, I understand that Hamilton will most
likely score his 69th career Pole quicker than Schumacher did Starts-wise, but
with the yearly increase in Grands Prix and lack of overall competition, does
it equate similarly?
Yet I'd like to believe that Hamilton's not all
bad, as hopefully his gesture of Goodwill late last year was genuine, and not
simply a calculated move to ensure pumping up his brand...
