My those are sure Funky lookin' racecars...
Just in case Y'all Missed the Memo, or have
noticed, this year's Formula 1 chassis are radically altered vs. last year's
racecars. Most notably at thou "Pointy End," with the Front wings
being heavily Clipped. (altered) Along with the Drag Reduction System's (DRS)
Slot-gap set to increase in size.
As I'll be interested to see how Red Bull and
the other F1 Contendahs' cope with the new rule changes, which 'Der Helmet
(Marco) claims cost a massive $15m to implement!
And is it Red Bull's "Unfair Advantage"
of having such an impressive Wind Tunnel that leads to their having great
Aerodynamic Chassis? Or just the Shear Genius of Adrian Newey instead? Or more
likely, a combination of both.
Having enjoyed F1
Grizzled Journo' Joe Saward's Fascinating F1 Facts rant 'bout Red Bull's superb
Wind Tunnel premise's recently...
