Although suppose Track Construction needs to begin pretty soon...

Otay, so it's Old News but, it came back up upon my passive radar when missing this year's Brazilian Grand Prix in favour of watching a Double Dosage of NFL Football; ACK!

As MotoGP has signed an agreement to return to Brazil after 18yrs absence and begin holding a MotoGP Race in 2022 on the New Grand Prix Circuit in Rio de Janeiro.

Since although Sao Paolo has a contract to Host the Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix at Interlagos thru 2020, and is trying to save it's race with a new contract extension, this seems unlikely.

With another Blow to the wonderful Interlagos Circuit being the recent announcement of the cancellation of its upcoming World Endurance Championship's (WEC) Six Hours Sports Car race, that now will be held at The Circuit Of The Americas, nee COTA next February.

Whilst thou Hits just Keep Ah-Comin' for Sao Paolo, with news now that the new racing facility to be known as Rio MotorPark will reportedly receive heavy Tax Incentives for its completion as site of Brazil's future Motor Racing activities...
